The security service project of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. aims to provide high-quality security services to our unit, ensuring the safety of our employees and property. We are now conducting an open tender for the security service project.
2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope
a. Project Name: Security Service Project of China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd.
b. Company Location: Located in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone of Ruyang County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, it is situated to the east of Neitao Road, north of Jingshi Road, south of Jingshi Road, and west of Ru'an Road, covering an area of approximately 700 acres.
c. Service Content:
China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. provides security guard services, entrance and exit management, visitor registration, security patrols, item safety and fire prevention and theft prevention in the factory area, emergency response, and other security related services. Uniforms are uniformly provided for security personnel and social insurance is paid.
3、 Bidder's Requirements
a. Established in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, valid business license, and the ability to independently assume civil liability.
b. Qualification requirements: Bidders must meet the corresponding legal and regulatory requirements, hold a security service license, security management service qualification certificate, management system certification, service certification, etc.
c. Project Experience: Bidders are required to provide their experience and achievements in relevant security service projects, along with relevant contracts, award notices, recommendation letters, etc.
d. Technical Capability: Bidders are required to provide a detailed description of their technical and equipment support, and explain how they ensure the efficiency and security of security services.
e. Personnel allocation: Bidders are required to provide information on their personnel allocation and relevant experience to ensure that they can meet the requirements of this project.
f. Cost budget: Bidders are required to provide a cost budget and a breakdown of cost components, including but not limited to service personnel salaries, training expenses, equipment support costs, etc.
g. Suppliers listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or severely dishonest in government procurement are not allowed to participate in this procurement activity and are required to provide screenshots of credit inquiries from China and the China Government Procurement Network;
h. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
i. This project does not accept consortium bidding and cannot be subcontracted, affiliated, or subcontracted.
4、 Bidder Registration Requirements
a. Business license, qualification certificate, legal representative authorization letter, and a copy of the authorized person's ID card stamped with the official seal. Note: All the above materials require the original documents to be checked during registration, and a set of copies stamped with the company seal must be kept.
b. This procurement project adopts qualification review. Those who do not meet the bidding qualifications will be rejected by the procurement unit. The verification of the application materials by the procurement unit is not the final determination of the qualification conditions of the bidding supplier. The bidding supplier shall be responsible for the authenticity and compliance of the materials.
5、 Time for receiving bidding documents
From 9:00 am on November 7th to 5:00 pm on November 14th, 2023 (Beijing time).
