On the afternoon of July 26th, the Party Committee of Gaocheng Town organized a delegation of more than 30 representatives of non-public enterprise party workers to visit and exchange ideas at China National Building Materials (Yixing) New Energy Co., Ltd.
Led by the company's general manager and party branch secretary Yang Bomin, the observation team visited the party building exhibition area, the central dispatch and command center of the intelligent workshop, and the party building activity room. The Party branch secretary Yang Bomin introduced to the observation team the implementation of the enterprise's innovative development, Party organization construction, employee ideological guidance, exemplary role of Party members, talent cultivation, and other work, focusing on sharing the methods and experiences of Party organizations in promoting enterprise development. The observation team highly appreciated this.
Subsequently, a symposium was held in the party member activity room of the company, chaired by Cheng Ying, the organizing committee member of Gaocheng Town. The meeting provided a detailed interpretation of the specific requirements for standardization and normalization of non-public party branches, and exchanged experiences on the actual implementation of party affairs in non-public enterprises. In his speech, Secretary Yang Bomin shared his experience in transforming his own mindset, implementing the group's requirements, building a party building base, ensuring activity funds, and leading trade union linkage with the vast number of party workers, based on his practical experience. He stated that we must return to our understanding of the Party, never forget our original intention, keep in mind our mission, and combine the characteristics of the enterprise to create a unique style of Party building work.
Finally, Cheng Ying pointed out that non-public enterprises should attach great importance to the standardization and normalization of party branch construction in their thinking, and carry out rectification in a hierarchical and classified manner according to the standards. They should organically integrate the excellent experience of party branches learned from visits into future party building work.
